Professional File Service Workflow

ZenTune operates as a professional tuning file service for workshops. Simply read the original ECU file using your tuning tool, upload it through the portal and select the required tuning stage and software options.

  1. Read the original ECU file.
  2. Upload the file through the ZenTune portal.
  3. Select the required tuning or software options.
  4. Submit the project with any relevant vehicle information or comments.
  5. Download the completed calibration once processing is complete.
  6. Write the calibrated file back to the vehicle using your tuning tool.

Multiple Solutions in One File

Multiple supported software options can be requested within the same project. For example, a calibration may include performance tuning together with selected ECU software solutions, depending on the vehicle and ECU application.

Vehicle-Specific ECU Calibration

ECU software varies substantially between vehicles, model years, engines and ECU revisions. ZenTune therefore processes files according to the exact software supplied by the workshop rather than treating every vehicle as the same application.

Supported options depend on the ECU, vehicle software and operating strategy. If a requested function is unavailable or unsuitable for a particular ECU, the workshop will be advised through the project or ticket system.
